Every Wednesday at 12.30pm Dublin time I host a group journaling session.
It’s an opportunity to turn inwards and have beautiful conversations with ourselves on a specific theme. Conversations that go beyond the to-do lists, the constant self-optimising, the purging of difficult emotions, and invite your creativity, your attention to the many different parts of you, your freedom to express what’s there without any judgement.
It’s time to yourself and togetherness all in one.
