Every Wednesday at 12.30pm Dublin time I host a group journaling session.
It’s an opportunity to turn inwards and have beautiful conversations with ourselves on a specific theme. Conversations that go beyond the to-do lists, the constant self-optimising, and invite your creativity, your attention, your freedom to express what’s there without any judgement.
